Responsibilities:
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Complete performance of mechanical engineering tasks by designing and drafting; HVAC load calculations, sizing equipment, duct-work, and piping
- Processing drawings and RFI's, and conducting site visits during the construction phase
- Performing computer economic analysis of alternate HVAC systems
- Assure systems and product quality and maintain products by regulations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
1. Accredited bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
2. Practical Revit experience
3. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
4. Demonstrated success in project design, time management, and technical / formal communication skills
5. Proven experience performing the responsibilities of an Engineer I (Mechanical)
Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
1. PE or in the process of preparing for exam
