Summary of Role:

The Data Management and Integration team is looking for a seasoned Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Architect. As an Informatica MDM Architect you will play a crucial role in architecting and implementing MDM data solutions using Informatica MDM working with Azure Data Lakes and Veeva CRM. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration that meets the evolving needs of our clients AND supports current existing production processes. Individual will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of Informatica MDM suite, including configuring and maintaining the system, and owning the administrative function. In addition to MDM functions, individual will provide oversight to Informatica PowerCenter 10.x, Azure Cloud, and Veeva CRM data integrations. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

MDM Strategy & Governance

· Develop and define the MDM architecture, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

· Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices to maintain data integrity.

· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define master data models, ownership, and stewardship.

Solution Design & Implementation

· Design and oversee the implementation of MDM solutions (on-premise or cloud).

· Define data models, hierarchies, and relationships to support business needs.

· Ensure seamless MDM system integration with ERP, CRM, data lakes, and analytics platforms.

· Evaluate and recommend MDM tools and technologies that align with organizational strategy.

Data Quality & Lifecycle Management

· Establish data quality frameworks, including profiling, cleansing, matching, and deduplication.

· Implement data validation rules, golden record creation, and survivorship strategies for consistency.

· Define workflows for data mastering, enrichment, and lifecycle management within the MDM platform.

Performance Optimization & Security

· Monitor and optimize MDM system performance, scalability, and reliability for large data volumes.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

· Design role-based access control (RBAC) and security measures to protect sensitive master data.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership

· Act as a bridge between business, Implementation Partners, and IT teams, ensuring alignment on data needs and strategies.

· Lead MDM implementation projects, working with developers, data engineers, and business analysts.

· Provide guidance and training to data stewards and governance teams on MDM best practices.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

· Stay updated on emerging MDM trends, AI-driven data management, and cloud solutions.

· Drive enhancements in data governance, automation, and AI/ML-driven data quality improvements.

· Support MDM strategy evolution based on business needs and technology advancements.

Minimum Skills and Experience and Education:

· 5+ years of experience working with Informatica MDM including hands on development experience including installing, configuring, and upgrading Informatica MDM platforms like MDM Hub, PIM360, EDC, Axon, IDQ, BPM and Active VOS.

· Overall 8+ years of direct IT experience required.

· Informatica MDM Hub Developer Expert certification preferred.

· Experience of successfully integrating Informatica MDM to downstream systems via publishing layer

· Should possess the ability to set up repositories, users, and security management.

· Experience with database coding for MS SQL, and Informatica Powercenter is highly desirable.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering or technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or similar.

Other Requirements/Preferred Skillsets:

· Informatica PowerCenter 10.5, IDMC

· Experience working with business partners to capture requirements.

· Experience working with CRM (Veeva/IQVIA) platforms.

· SAP S/4 HANA integrations
