We meet directly with you to obtain a 360 view of the open position (i.e. location, required experience, education level, compensation, prototype candidate, etc.)

Your dedicated search team will conduct a talent search.

When we find an interested and qualified candidate, we submit the resume to you for feedback. Based on feedback, we modify our search and continue if needed.

If you are interested in a candidate, we submit the candidates through your preferred process and facilitate the introduction.

If you decide to hire, and only if you make a hire, do we charge a fee.

Targeted Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing

Our team will post your job to relevant boards and actively source candidates who meet your requirements. Qualified candidates will then join a phone or video call with us to confirm their fit before advancing to the next hiring stage.

Finding the Right Candidate For You

Our team will share the selected candidates with you and await feedback from your hiring team, then adjust as needed. We will maintain communication with the candidates and continue with the process until a hire is made or the job otherwise closes.

Once we've identified candidates that you'd like to meet, we can either facilitate scheduling on your behalf or pass off communication to your team. At this point, you move the candidate(s) through your hiring process and select the best fit for your role and organization!
